Oil + Water products are packaged and shipped using only eco-friendly and recycled materials; the cardboard boxes, void fill, and tissue paper we source are all made from 100% post-consumer and post-industrial waste and are 100% recyclable and compostable. We are proud to ship all domestic packages using the UPS® carbon neutral option, which supports initiatives that offset the carbon emissions of the shipment's transport, such as reforestation and landfill gas destruction projects.
We currently offer domestic shipping exclusively via UPS. We support the following UPS domestic services: Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air. For international deliveries, we support USPS First-Class Package International Service.
Shipping cost varies depending on the service selected, the size and weight of the package, and the final destination. Shipping costs for each service will be calculated during the checkout process after a shipping address is submitted; please select the desired service in order to proceed with checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES
Please be aware that international shipments may incur additional costs, including taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees. You, the buyer, are 100% responsible for payment of these fees, as Oil + Water cannot determine what these government-imposed charges may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries - we advise that you contact your local customs office for additional information before making a purchase.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Please know that we only keep a limited stock of each item to ensure that products are as fresh as possible upon delivery, which means that products are often made to order. Each item is processed completely by hand, from formulation to bottling, labeling, packing, and shipping. With this in mind, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship out, independent of time in transit. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, and we will notify you within that time frame should we need additional time to fulfill your order.
Due to the personal and perishable nature of our products, all orders are final sale and we cannot accept returns. If you have any concerns about whether our products will be a good fit for you, we recommend you purchase our STARTER/TRAVEL SET before buying our full-size items. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and any questions or concerns and we will do our best to resolve the problem - your happiness and satisfaction is our number one priority.
ERRORS AND DAMAGE
If there is an error in your order or you do not receive your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery or, in the case of non-delivery, within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date so that we can rectify the problem. Likewise, if you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, let us know immediately and we will happily issue a replacement, provided the damage is reported within 7 days of delivery. Please bear in mind that photos of the damaged item or items will have to be provided in order to substantiate any claims of damage.
Because our products are completely handmade in small batches and use natural ingredients that are often raw and unprocessed, each item is unique and products may vary slightly from one batch to another. These variations may include slight differences in color, scent, and texture.
